We Built the Sennheiser D2C Platform in India — and Delivered a ROAS of 24.73

Challenge

The Holi season is crowded, competitive, and highly price-driven. Our objective was clear:

  • Drive profitable sales through the Sennheiser website during a high-discount period.
  • Compete with marketplaces — without diluting brand perception.
  • Achieve maximum media efficiency, even with a lean budget.

Insight

As part of our long-term brand transformation journey, we’ve been scaling Sennheiser’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform in India — creating a premium, performance-led destination where customers experience Sennheiser’s best-in-class audio offerings, directly from the brand.

While the platform had already shown solid performance in past campaigns, March 2025’s Holi Sale set a new benchmark — delivering the highest-ever ROAS for Sennheiser.

Idea

We launched a performance-driven Holi campaign from 1st–31st March 2025, across Meta and Google, combining:

  • Festive limited-time discounts on high-performing SKUs
  • Audience segmentation focused on high-intent buyers and audiophiles
  • Festive creatives that emphasized value + urgency
  • Continuous budget optimization to maximize ROAS on each product category

Our Approach

On March 2025, we launched a focused performance campaign across Meta and Google, built to optimize every rupee spent.

What We Did:

  • Rolled out limited-time festive pricing on select high-performing SKUs.
  • Used audience clusters based on audio interests, past buyers, and category engagers.
  • Prioritized real-time optimization, shifting budgets to top-performing products and creative variants.
  • Maintained brand tone and visual identity, even while leaning into offer-led messaging.

Result

Our Holi Sale campaign drove outstanding results — making March the most efficient month ever for Sennheiser India’s D2C platform:

  • Impression – 2,526,436
  • Clicks – 28,044
  • CTR – 1.11%
  • CPC – 5.20
  • ROAS – 24.73
