As a part of this campaign, Classplus along with Nothing Else Matters started a conversation on the unacknowledged efforts that a teacher puts in to help their students grow
The idea of advertising is constantly evolving and we all can see how it’s no more about just selling the product but also about building connections. One such story that resonated with many is Classplus’ tribute to teachers on Teacher’s Day – ‘#Gurudakshina’ the film is a reminder to celebrate the pure and selfless bond between a teacher and a student. By sticking to the values and learnings of their Guru, the students bring the biggest smile of accomplishment, love, and joy on their teacher’s face as they share with them their #Gurudakshina.
The campaign was more than just a video as it started a wave where people shared their own videos using the film’s audio and Classplus’ own filter on short video platforms like MX Takatak, Sharechat, Moj as a tribute to their teachers.
The campaign didn’t just receive a lot of love from people but also got featured on the YouTube Leaderboard as one of the “Ads that created a buzz in September 2021”
